Job Description Accounts Senior Manager – Poole Poole, Dorset | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits We're recruiting an Accounts Senior Manager in Poole on behalf of a highly respected and growing accountancy and business advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to take a senior leadership role, managing a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses while providing high-level accounting, tax and commercial advice. You'll work closely with Partners and Directors, taking ownership of key client relationships, leading complex assignments and developing the wider accounts team. Review statutory accounts, corporation tax and personal tax work Provide accounting, tax and commercial advice Support Partners and Directors with strategic client work Identify business development and cross-selling opportunities Ensure high-quality service delivery and strong risk management Contribute to the continued growth and development of the accounts team You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with significant accountancy practice experience and a strong track record of managing clients and teams.
