We are seeking an Insolvency Partner in Bristol to lead insolvency and restructuring engagements for businesses and individuals. This client-facing role combines technical expertise, commercial insight, and leadership, with responsibility for managing complex cases, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients facing financial distress and assess insolvency options
  • Administer CVAs, CVLs, administrations, IVAs, and bankruptcies
  • Negotiate with creditors and manage fund distributions
  • Ensure compliance with UK insolvency laws and regulations
  • Investigate director conduct, identifying wrongful trading if necessary
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

About You

  • JIEB qualified and licensed by a recognised Insolvency Licensing Body
  • Minimum five years’ experience in insolvency or financial restructuring
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law and financial matters
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
  • Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and commercial
