Job Description Private Client Tax Manager – Winchester Hybrid & Flexible Working A growing accountancy and tax advisory practice with offices across Central and Southern England is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join its expanding Winchester Tax team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering ownership of a varied private client portfolio, exposure to advisory work, and the opportunity to develop business relationships, alongside hybrid and flexible working. As Private Client Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse portfolio of private client tax cases with minimal supervision Supporting Partners with compliance work and ad hoc private client tax advisory Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing high-quality technical and commercial advice Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies Managing billing and WIP for your own portfolio Participating in business development and marketing activities, including networking Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and industry developments Fully ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified Significant experience within a UK private client tax team Proven experience managing a private client portfolio Strong technical knowledge of UK private client tax Experience with agricultural and rural clients preferred but not essential Trust tax experience beneficial Hybrid working and flexible hours Competitive salary and benefits package For a confidential discussion or to apply, please get in touch Jack Wood on or
