A well-established accountancy practice in Andover is seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join its expanding audit team. This role is ideal for a part-qualified auditor looking to gain broader audit exposure and progress towards an Audit Senior position.
The Role
- Assist with the planning and delivery of statutory audit assignments
- Perform audit fieldwork and prepare audit working papers
- Prepare draft statutory accounts for review
- Liaise directly with clients during audit assignments
- Support Audit Seniors and Managers with audit completion
- Supervise and support junior members of the audit team
Candidate Profile
- Previous UK audit experience within an accountancy practice (essential)
- Studying towards ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
- Experience working on audits from planning to completion
- Knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
