Employment Tax Director β BristolBristol | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Competitive Salary + BenefitsWe're recruiting an Employment Tax Director in Bristol on behalf of a highly respected and growing accountancy and business advisory firm.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Tax leader to take a senior strategic role, leading complex advisory work, developing key client relationships and driving the continued growth of the Employment Tax offering.The RoleYou'll work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, providing expert advice across the full spectrum of employment tax while playing a key role in business development and practice growth.Key responsibilities include:Lead complex and high-risk employment tax advisory engagementsAct as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders, boards and committeesAdvise on PAYE, NICs, benefits-in-kind, IR35, global mobility and reward strategyLead IR35, global mobility and reward planning projectsOversee HMRC enquiries, audits and employment tax risk reviewsSupport M&A transactions through employment tax due diligence and post-deal integrationDevelop and grow existing client relationshipsOriginate new business and identify opportunities to expand the Employment Tax offeringWork with Partners to shape and deliver the practice growth strategyIdentify and develop new employment tax services in response to market demandLead, mentor and develop senior team members and future leadersContribute to the firm's wider market presence, networking and thought leadershipAbout YouYou'll be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, or have equivalent experience, with significant UK employment tax experience at Director or equivalent level.You'll ideally have:Extensive UK Employment Tax experienceProven experience leading complex advisory engagementsStrong technical knowledge across PAYE, NICs, IR35, benefits and rewardExperience advising senior stakeholders and boardsA strong track record in business development and revenue growthExperience developing and expanding client relationshipsCommercial and strategic acumenExcellent leadership and influencing skillsExperience mentoring and developing high-performing teamsA proactive, entrepreneurial and growth-focused approachWhat's on OfferHybrid and flexible workingSenior leadership position with significant influenceHigh-value and complex Employment Tax advisory workOpportunity to shape and grow the Employment Tax practiceSignificant business development and networking opportunitiesExposure to senior clients and strategic projectsLeadership and team development responsibilitiesOngoing professional developmentClear progression and long-term career opportunitiesSupportive, collaborative and ambitious cultureCompetitive salary and benefits packageLocationBristolEasily commutable from Bath, Keynsham, Portishead, Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Thornbury, Yate and surrounding areas.ApplyFor a confidential discussion or to apply, please contact Jack Wood:ð§ jack@oscar-wood.co.uk Γ° 07817 796391
