About the Role
We are recruiting a Corporate Tax Senior Manager in Glasgow to lead corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a CA- or CTA-qualified tax professional with experience in corporate tax advisory, international tax, and complex compliance work. You will manage high-value client engagements, provide technical and strategic advice, and mentor junior tax staff, acting as a trusted adviser to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver corporate tax advisory on business reorganisations, mergers acquisitions, group structuring, and international tax issues
- Manage and review corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of clients
- Lead tax due diligence and advisory projects, providing clear, practical solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, adding value and acting as a trusted adviser
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm, including Corporate Finance, VAT/Indirect Taxes, Employment Taxes, and Transfer Pricing
- Monitor UK and international tax legislation, keeping clients and colleagues informed
