We’re recruiting an Accounts Manager in Glasgow on behalf of a highly regarded and forward-thinking accountancy practice with a strong focus on Family Office, High Net Worth individuals, and Landed Estates. This is a standout opportunity for a qualified accountant to manage a prestigious portfolio, deliver tailored advisory support, and build long-term relationships with complex private clients.
The Role
As Accounts Manager, you will take ownership of a specialist portfolio primarily comprising Family Office structures, High Net Worth individuals, and Landed Estates. You’ll be responsible for the timely and profitable delivery of work across a range of services, including:
- Year-end statutory accounts
- Management accounts
- Personal and corporate tax compliance
- VAT returns
- Trust and estate reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Given the nature of the client base, you will develop a strong understanding of complex ownership structures, succession planning considerations, property and investment income, and multi-entity arrangements. You will act as a trusted adviser and key point of contact, building long-term relationships with clients.
