We’re recruiting an Accounts Manager in Aberdeen on behalf of a highly regarded and forward-thinking accountancy practice with a strong focus on Family Office, High Net Worth individuals, and Landed Estates. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to manage a prestigious private client portfolio, deliver tailored advisory services, and play a key role in a collaborative and specialist team.
The Role
As Accounts Manager, you will take ownership of a specialist portfolio primarily comprising Family Office structures, High Net Worth individuals, trusts, and Landed Estates. You will be responsible for the timely and profitable delivery of work across a broad service offering, including:
- Year-end statutory accounts
- Management accounts
- Personal and corporate tax compliance
- VAT returns
- Trust and estate reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Given the complexity of the client base, you will develop a strong understanding of multi-entity structures, succession planning, property and investment income, and wealth preservation strategies. You will act as a trusted adviser and key point of contact, building long-term relationships with clients.
