About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a CQC-regulated supported living service for adults aged 18+ and oversee one domiciliary care service. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a dedicated team of 12 staff across two services, ensuring high-quality adult social care, person-centred support, and compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and operational oversight of supported living and domiciliary services.
- Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop a team of 12 care staff, promoting best practice and professional development.
- Manage care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery to maintain high-quality outcomes for service users.
- Participate in on-call rota (one day per week) and manage staff rotas efficiently.
- Drive service improvements and innovation in line with organisational objectives.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or senior management in supported living, residential care, or domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, adult safeguarding, and best practice in social care.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
