Location: B27, West Midlands

Salary: Β£40,000 – Β£42,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Contract: Permanent

Hybrid working: Flexible with working from home options

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a CQC-regulated supported living service for adults aged 18+ and oversee one domiciliary care service. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a dedicated team of 12 staff across two services, ensuring high-quality adult social care, person-centred support, and compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and operational oversight of supported living and domiciliary services.
  • Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop a team of 12 care staff, promoting best practice and professional development.
  • Manage care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery to maintain high-quality outcomes for service users.
  • Participate in on-call rota (one day per week) and manage staff rotas efficiently.
  • Drive service improvements and innovation in line with organisational objectives.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or senior management in supported living, residential care, or domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, adult safeguarding, and best practice in social care.
  • Excellent team leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
