The Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for accurately transferring and maintaining data within the organisation’s Management Information System, ensuring information is consistent, secure, and up to date.
The Responsibilities:
- Accurately transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into the Management Information System.
- Ensure data is entered in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in line with data protection requirements.
- Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues.
- Work in line with internal data quality and information governance standards.
The Essentials:
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
