The Role

You will operate as a senior escalation point within the technical team, supporting a range of client environments and resolving complex infrastructure issues. The role will involve a mixture of 3rd line support, troubleshooting and infrastructure project work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments. You will also occasionally work directly with stakeholders within client organisations, so strong communication skills are important.
