Our client is looking for a Solutions Architect with specialist experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and solution architecture of Identity Governance programmes.
  • Advise on and implement integration strategies for authoritative sources (e.g., Workday, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors).
  • Guide clients through directory consolidation, cloud transitions (IaaS/PaaS), and access governance.
  • Build and optimise access models across cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Provide architectural insight on Third-Party Access governance and its business implications.
  • Define scalable, secure approaches to Just-in-Time (JIT) access and privileged access design.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to troubleshoot configuration and workflows in leading IGA tools.
  • Share thought leadership internally and externally, contributing to professional forums or publications.

Requirements:

  • Strong Identity Governance and Administration experience.
  • Previous delivery of Identity Governance programmes.
  • Strong experience in Identity Governance solutions – Saviynt, SailPoint, Omada, Microsoft Entra, Okta, One Identity.
  • Strong Azure and AWS knowledge.
  • Enterprise Architecture credentials – desirable, but not necessary.
