I'm partnering with an innovative AI-driven start-up that transforms how data and reporting are handled across the commercial real estate industry. We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong back-end focus and full-stack versatility - someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You'll play a key role in shaping and scaling the company's core platform, developing AI-powered automation tools, and building seamless integrations across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to streamline real-world workflows. This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at a pivotal stage of growth - where your ideas will directly influence the product and technical direction.
Location: Remote (UK only)
Contract: 6 Months (likely extension)
Rate: £375-425 p / day (OIR35)
Start date: ASAP
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience in software engineering (SaaS or start-up background preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Python and C#, with hands-on experience in API design and cloud architecture (Azure).
- Experience with Excel add-ins or Office JavaScript APIs is highly desirable.
- Exposure to vectorization, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or AI-driven data handling is a plus.
