MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SCHOOL!

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a school on on a 6-month contract. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students, ensuring IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Requirements :

• Proven industry experience in IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS (required for working in schools).

Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for IT queries.
• Resolve common IT issues quickly and effectively.
• Support the setup and maintenance of classroom and office IT equipment.
• Escalate more complex issues when needed.
