A growing Managed Service Provider is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their technical team, supporting a range of multi-site customers across the region.
This role would suit someone with solid 1st / 2nd line experience who enjoys a mix of remote support, site visits and hands-on technical work. You'll support end users, maintain client infrastructure, and play a key role in delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st / 2nd line support across hardware, software and user issues
- Visit customer sites for scheduled support, installs and issue resolution
- Support users face-to-face with desktop, laptop and peripheral issues
- Assist in supporting servers, backups and core network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions and password resets
- Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint basics
- Help maintain Wi-Fi, printers, switches and connectivity services
Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd line IT support role is required. MSP or multi-site support experience is highly desirable. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites is necessary.
Mileage / travel expenses will be covered, and ongoing training and development will be provided.
