We have an unmissable opportunity for a driven and ambitious IT Support Technician / Helpdesk Support Analyst to join a forward-thinking, dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) and IT Consultancy based in East London.

What You\’ll Be Doing:
As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you\’ll deliver responsive and professional IT and hosting support to clients via telephone, remote tools, and occasionally onsite. Expect a varied and hands-on role with real room to grow.
- Provide 1st/2nd line IT support to external clients
- Manage PC/Mac builds, installations, and configurations
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 & 11 and Microsoft Office applications
- Administer Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy)
- Perform basic Microsoft admin tasks – user setup, licensing, and security
- Manage workload effectively, prioritising tickets with attention to detail
What We\’re Looking For:
- 12 months experience in a helpdesk or support role, ideally within an MSP or IT consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft and general user support
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A self-starter with strong troubleshooting and time-management skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
