A fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a Deputy Head of PPC to join their expanding Paid Media team in Greater Manchester. This is a senior leadership role sitting just below Head of PPC, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, lead key client accounts, and play a central role in the continued growth of the paid media function. The agency works across PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Digital PR, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from local businesses through to large national and international brands.
The Role
- Lead strategy across key PPC accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Oversee performance across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
- Take ownership of high-value client relationships and campaign performance
- Support and mentor PPC Executives and Managers
- Contribute to new business pitches and strategic proposals
- Drive innovation across automation, AI and performance optimisation
- Ensure campaigns deliver strong commercial outcomes (leads, revenue, ROAS)
