Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for users across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Help install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory
  • Assist with IT setups, system updates, and troubleshooting tasks
  • Deliver a friendly and professional service to all users
  • Get hands-on exposure to networking technologies, including Cisco equipment

Skills and Experience Required

  • Some experience in IT support (through work, education, or personal projects)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Office 365
