Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for users across hardware, software, and network issues
- Help install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Assist with IT setups, system updates, and troubleshooting tasks
- Deliver a friendly and professional service to all users
- Get hands-on exposure to networking technologies, including Cisco equipment
Skills and Experience Required
- Some experience in IT support (through work, education, or personal projects)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Interest in networking and cloud technologies (Cisco, Azure, Intune, etc.)
