We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our staff can work seamlessly across both Mac and Windows environments. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing guidance to help our team stay productive.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support for both Mac and Windows systems.
- Working as part of the IT team, based in the Hull office (5 days a week on-site).
- Apple macOS, Software and Hardware support.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Support users with Office, email, and other core business applications.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and asset inventory.
- Ensure systems are updated and compliant with security protocols.
- Assist with onboarding new staff, including setting up accounts and devices.
Salary in the region £24-27K (DOE) + benefits.
