AAT Tutor / AAT Assessor
Location: North Hertfordshire / Hybrid / Remote - Hitchin
Salary: £38,000-£42,000 DOE
Type: Full-time
We're working with a growing apprenticeship training provider looking for an experienced AAT Tutor / AAT Assessor to join their team.
You'll deliver teaching and assessment across AAT Levels 2, 3 and 4, supporting both online and classroom learners. You'll also conduct progress reviews, provide one-to-one support and help apprentices prepare for EPA.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging AAT teaching across Levels 2-4
Plan lessons, revision sessions and learning materials
Assess learner work and provide feedback
Conduct apprenticeship progress reviews
Support learners with EPA preparation and coaching
Maintain learner records and support quality processes
About You
AAT Level 4, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountancy qualification
Previous AAT/accountancy teaching or industry experience
Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent desirable
Assessor qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/D33 desirable
Apprenticeship assessment experience highly desirable
Strong communication and learner engagement skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
No assessor qualification? That's fine - training can be provided.
