An established and growing telecommunications and infrastructure engineering business is looking for a Project Administrator to support the delivery of telecoms and engineering projects across the UK. This is a varied, hands-on role involving engineer scheduling, maintaining accurate records and liaising with clients and site providers. Previous project administration experience is preferred, while full training on internal systems and processes is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across telecoms and engineering projects.
- Coordinate engineer visits, site activities and access requests.
- Liaise with clients, engineers and site providers.
- Maintain accurate project information, trackers, databases and client portals.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain engineer training, qualification and competency records.
- Coordinate information and follow up outstanding requirements.
- Assist with project reporting, documentation and general administration.
- Identify potential delays or missing information and proactively resolve issues.
About You
- Experience within telecommunications is essential.
- Previous experience in project administration, coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems, databases and online portals.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
