Assisting the Supply Chain Controller in their role, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations by supporting in data collation for the use of internal & external reporting and analysis for the Group Supply Chain. Build and sustain effective relationships with our internal team members/stakeholders making sure we are a team that’s trusted to provide accurate information/data. Supporting external customer supply chain teams with KPI performance and challenge resolution.
The Supply Chain Analyst position is an existing well-established role within the Oscar Mayer business. This position requires a pro-active approach with the ability to be flexible as the business evolves, introducing more customers/brands.
Key Responsibilities- Collating data and issuing daily, weekly and periodic reports to internal & external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the collection of source data and maintenance of data using matrices and trackers.
- Performance monitoring of given customers against target KPI's (service, availability, waste) ensuring shortages and failures are investigated and resolved.
- Working closely in particular with Commercial Managers to support data-led decisions and communications to customers.
- Influencing a range of internal stakeholders, to achieve required results.
- Support the Supply Chain Controller with other activities as required – admin support, holiday cover etc.

- Confident, motivated with self-belief & persuasiveness.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment within a cross-functional team.
- An enthusiastic, committed, and flexible approach.
- Be effective in the ability to hit deadlines.
