To ensure that the Oscar Mayer Group has a documented technical and KPI system in place that meets customer expectations and the Oscar Mayer Technical Standard. To drive compliance and continuous improvement in:
- Ensure that the group Weekly and Monthly Reporting is completed.
- The Group’s KPI’s, through the use of an automated system (Micro, Auditing, Complaints etc.).
- The Oscar Mayer Quality Management System and implementing the Oscar Mayer Technical Standards.
- Introduction of Paperless Technical Modules and Factory with roll out across all 3 sites.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Develop the Group Quality Systems that satisfy customers and 3rd party audit requirements and would be capable of meeting a due diligence defence if required. This will include the introduction of The Oscar Mayer Standards.
- Support in writing the Oscar Mayer Technical Standards.
- Complete the Weekly and Monthly Board Packs using information from all 3 sites.
- Develop a paperless system for KPI reporting that can be used by all 3 sites.
- Work with the sites on implementation of the Paperless Technical Modules and Paperless Factories.
- Support the Internal Governance Audit Programme for Oscar Mayer once introduced.
- Support the Technical Training Programme and Introduction of the Oscar Mayer Technical Capability Framework.
- Support in developing the Group Technical Strategy.
- Work on Innovation projects for the group.
- Work alongside the Group Technical Director to drive overall Group Technical Compliance and Standards.
Key Attributes
- Knowledge of the BRC Standard and relevant Customer Codes of Practice.
- A good understanding of microbiological standards, GMP & GHP.
- 3-5 years’ experience within Chilled Manufacturing (High Care and / or High Risk).
- Have knowledge and understanding of Online Quality Systems and reporting.
- Track record of Project Management – delivering sustainable results.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a food related discipline.
- Food Safety Level 3 as a minimum.
- HACCP Level 3 as a minimum.
