Contract Type

40 hours/week (Monday to Friday), 8:00am to 5:00pm

Provide administrative support to the People team and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Answer Telephone calls both external and internal.

Cover Reception, complete general admin and post duties.

Assist the People Team with general admin duties, filing & scanning.

Projects – Undertake projects as and when requested.

Absence – monitor, record and report daily absences as well as maintaining an accurate database to ensure that people are treated in line with the company absence procedure.

Administration – ensure all employee details/records are accurate and that they are securely stored.

Set colleagues up on the company’s online training system.

Administrative experience, good systems knowledge, an appreciation of interviewing techniques, familiarity with disciplinary and grievance procedures, working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Good interpersonal skills, MS Office capability, good organisational skills.

CIPD Level 3 desirable – not essential
