Job Description Purpose of the Role To drive compliance and continuous improvement in core technical disciplines: Quality manual system management Internal audit compliance HACCP management Complaint trending & coordinating of reduction plans Environmental and product micro trending & coordinating of reduction plans Customer reports Main Responsibilities Condense & restructure the site quality manual in accordance with customer and 3rd party audit requirements Ensure site policies, work instructions, factory record sheets and cleaning instruction cards are controlled and updated as requested by departments to allow training. Manage ordering of technical consumables Support in performing annual review of site HACCP risk assessments with HACCP team members Support completion of NPD HACCP meetings as required Support completion of new equipment HACCP reviews as required To ensure technical risk assessments are controlled, reviewed and updated as necessary as required To create customer reports as required Support technical KPI generation and trending Ad hoc duties as required Preferred Skills/Knowledge Degree or equivalent in a food related discipline.
