Role Overview: To ensure that the Oscar Mayer Group has a documented technical and KPI system in place that meets the customer expectations but also the Oscar Mayer Technical Standard. To drive compliance and continuous improvement in: Ensure that the group Weekly and Monthly Reporting is completed. The Group’s KPI’s, through the use of an automated system (Micro, Auditing, Complaints etc.) The Oscar Mayer Quality Management System and implementing the Oscar Mayer Technical Standards Introduction of Paperless Technical Modules and Factory with roll out across all 3 sites.
