They are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who is not only technically strong but also embodies the company leadership values. This role will oversee Finance operations in line with the company's strong people-focused culture and ways of working; ultimately ensuring seamless customer delivery.

The role:

  • Deliver financial insights that directly enhance customer outcomes and experience.
  • Support commercial teams with financial data to better understand customer behaviours and pricing models.
  • Manage cash flow, oversee and have control over the credit control and purchase ledger and taxes.
  • Prepare/run payroll, supporting external payroll provider where appropriate.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the accountancy function as well as the other group companies including collation of data to be submitted - and interface with external management accountant.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to influence business decisions.
  • Support audit processes and ensure tax and statutory compliance.
  • Champion cost efficiency and value without compromising on customer excellence or team wellbeing.
  • Lead the prep and review of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Drive the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes with precision and ownership.
  • Monitor financial performance, owning outcomes and suggesting corrective actions where needed.
  • Ensure robust internal controls and champion financial integrity.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities across the finance function.
