The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, replenishing, and maintaining inventory to support efficient store operations and an exceptional customer experience.

This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely stock replenishment, and a clean and organized stockroom environment while working collaboratively with the store team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Unpack, label, and organize inventory in designated stockroom locations.
  • Coordinate and execute stock transfers between departments and store locations.
  • Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs to ensure product availability.
  • Place and track stock orders based on inventory requirements and business demands.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner to support sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
