Network Incident Manager / Technical Recovery Specialist | Β£75 per hour | Fully remote (4 day working week, 40 hour week) | Contract running until the end of June Our client is looking for an experienced Network Incident Manager to join a global network operations environment, providing technical leadership during high severity network incidents. You need to be comfortable taking ownership in high-pressure situations, coordinating multiple technical teams and driving incidents through to full service restoration If you have a strong infrastructure and network background and have experience working in demanding corporate environments, this could be the role for you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead major incident bridge calls and take command of technical triage activities
  • Direct troubleshooting across multiple network and infrastructure domains
  • Make real-time decisions around escalation, prioritisation and recovery actions
  • Ensure incident records are accurate, complete and aligned with required processes and controls Technical Experience: (We're looking for experience in the following areas)
  • Routing and switching
  • Firewalls
  • Load balancing
  • WAN/LAN
  • Network security
