We're currently recruiting for a Dynamics 365 Consultant to join a growing digital transformation team delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions across multiple business areas. This role will suit someone with strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with hands-on D365 implementation and configuration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Dynamics 365 implementation and optimisation projects
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Configure and customise D365 applications
  • Support integrations across Microsoft platforms and third-party systems
  • Deliver user training and stakeholder workshops
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and release management
  • Work closely with technical and business teams throughout project lifecycles

Skills Required

  • Strong Dynamics 365 experience
  • Experience across Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, or Finance & Operations
  • Power Platform exposure (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Microsoft ecosystem knowledge
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Data migration and integration experience

Desirable

  • Azure integration exposure
  • SQL or reporting experience
  • D365 certifications
  • Consultancy or client-facing experience
