This company are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join their small, collaborative team based in Warrington. In this dynamic, fast-paced technical support role, you’ll provide assistance to a range of customers while continually developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities

Providing 3rd Line support to customers, ensuring the issue is resolved.

Acting as a point of escalation to other members of the team.

Visiting customer sites locally to install solutions and resolve technical issues, whilst also providing remote support across the organisation.

Assisting and mentoring 1st and 2nd line engineers, helping to expand their problem-solving skills.

Supporting the Service Delivery Manager by managing tasks, including ticket management, and stepping in during their absence.

Previous experience in an MSP environment.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft environments, with specific experience in Windows Servers and Operating Systems.

Proficient in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SharePoint, OneDrive & VPN.

Experience with Migrations, mainly on-prem to cloud.
