Overview
I\’m recruiting for an innovative Oxford-based tech company that\’s expanding its engineering team to support its growing suite of open-source digital platforms. This role is perfect for a mid-level Software Engineer who wants to take on exciting projects while benefiting from mentorship and guidance from a supportive senior engineering team.
You’ll join an engineering team of around 12 developers, working in a collaborative environment where learning, code quality, and professional growth are genuinely encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs
- Building new features and enhancing existing systems across the full stack
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Collaborating with Product, Design, and other engineers
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
- Improving system performance, reliability, and developer experience
Projects include real-time collaboration tools, data-driven platforms, and internal applications supporting customer-facing software.
