What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in 3rd line IT support, with strong Microsoft Server and virtualization knowledge
- Experience with O365, Azure AD group policies, VMware, Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Networking, DNS, DHCP
- DESIRABLE - Meraki, Unifi or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively
