An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Implementation Manager to join a growing organisation based in South Yorkshire. In this role, you will lead the CRM implementations, working closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, configure the system, manage vendors/partners, and ensure successful user adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of CRM implementation projects
- Work with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into CRM solutions
- Configure CRM workflows, fields, dashboards and reports to support sales, service and marketing processes
- Coordinate data migration, integration activities, system testing and UAT
- Use SQL to support data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting issues related to data quality and performance
- Plan and deliver user training, create documentation and drive adoption initiatives across sales, service and marketing teams
About you
- Proven experience delivering CRM implementation projects (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce or similar)
- Strong SQL skills for querying, data validation, migration support and reporting
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering software or CRM training to end users and super users
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Good understanding of data, process mapping and change management
- Hands-on configuration experience and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
