We are looking for an experienced Motor Finance Account Manager to oversee and expand our dealer network across the UK. The role offers a base salary of £40,000 with an uncapped commission (OTE up to £70,000). You will also receive additional benefits such as car allowance and work-from-home one day per week.
The role involves securing new business and fostering relationships with existing dealerships to promote our vehicle finance solutions within your sector. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position requiring strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers across various sectors of the motor industry, from everyday vehicles to luxury cars, caravans, and motorhomes.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK motor trade.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing dealerships to increase business growth.
- Promote and present our vehicle finance offerings to car dealerships.
- Maintain a strong presence in the field (4 days per week) and provide regular reports on performance.
- Travel to HQ once per quarter for team meetings and updates.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with a proven track record in relationship management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence key decision-makers in a variety of motor industry sectors.
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the motor finance industry.
- Background in the motor trade essential.
- Experience in similar roles such as Car Finance Business Development, Business Development Manager (BDM), Dealership Account Manager, or Motor Finance Account Manager would be advantageous.
