The Role

They\’re seeking a Product Development & Market Insight Executive to join their dynamic product team. You will play a crucial role in spotting trends, researching international markets, and helping bring forward-thinking products to life. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, helping them stay ahead in a fast-paced global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct international market research (consumer behavior, innovation, regulatory insight, competitor trends).

  • Identify product opportunities and support end-to-end development from concept to launch.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including supply, sales, marketing, and compliance.

  • Translate insights into business cases and strategic recommendations.

  • Support go-to-market plans, product positioning, and lifecycle management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.

  • Assist with cost optimisation, quality control, and compliance monitoring.

  • Provide internal training and support cross-functional teams with product knowledge.

About You
