Marketing Director Leicester (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite) | Competitive salary DOE + Benefits The Opportunity We're partnering with a growing, channel-focused technology services business to appoint an experienced Marketing Director to drive its next phase of growth.

This is a strategic leadership role: you'll shape and execute a commercially-focused marketing strategy, lead a significant brand evolution, build out an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programme, and create a marketing function that delivers measurable results.

Ideal for someone with experience marketing to MSPs, VARs, resellers or technology partners.

The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you'll own the marketing function end-to-end: Strategy - Develop and execute marketing plans, budgets and KPIs aligned to commercial goals.

Brand - Lead the evolution of the company's brand, proposition and messaging across all channels.

Customer Insight - Understand partner pain points, run competitor analysis, and build personas to inform campaigns.

ABM - Design and deliver an ABM strategy targeting key accounts, working closely with Sales to measure pipeline impact and ROI.

Demand Generation - Run integrated campaigns (digital, events, content, partner marketing) and manage vendor-funded initiatives.

Leadership - Align with Sales and Leadership on commercial objectives, manage budgets and agencies, and build the marketing team as the business scales.

About You Senior marketing leadership experience in the IT channel, managed services or tech sector Track record marketing to MSPs, VARs, resellers or technology partners Proven experience leading a rebrand/repositioning and delivering ABM programmes Strong commercial acumen, budget ownership and stakeholder management skills

Desirable: background in managed services, cloud, networking or infrastructure; experience building high-performing marketing teams.
