Visiting client sites and remote in to resolve escalations 1st line can't fix. You'll diagnose, fix, and document fast and clean. Based at one HQ site, but some travelling to satellite offices in South East.

- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange), and on-prem AD/Azure AD.
- Image/deploy devices via Intune/Autopilot.
