The Role As an Accountancy Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training and learner support across a range of accounting and finance programmes.
You will play a key role in helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to progress in their careers.
Delivery may be online, face-to-face, or through a blended learning approach, supporting learners throughout their learning journey and ensuring positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality training across a range of accounting and finance programmes.
Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing learner support.
Deliver engaging learning sessions using a variety of teaching and learning methods.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning resources and course materials.
Areas of Delivery May Include Bookkeeping Payroll Sage Payroll Financial Accounting Management Accounting Tax Processes Budgeting and Costing Business Finance Financial Statements Internal Controls and Compliance AAT qualifications and related programmes About You We are looking for an individual with substantial experience within accounting, finance, bookkeeping or payroll who is passionate about developing others.
Essential Requirements Proven industry experience within Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping or Payroll.
Experience delivering training, teaching, coaching or mentoring adults.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Confident using digital learning platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Requirements A recognised teaching or training qualification (e. g.
AAT qualification or membership.
Professional accountancy qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
Experience delivering online and blended learning programmes.
Previous experience within Further Education, Adult Education or private training environments.
Experience delivering payroll or Sage-related training.
