A fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join their Search Marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of key client accounts and deliver SEO strategies that drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and commercial performance.
You will work across a varied portfolio of clients ranging from local businesses through to national and international brands, delivering both technical and strategic SEO.
The Role
- Lead SEO strategy and delivery across a portfolio of client accounts
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and gap analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and prioritise SEO initiatives
- Manage website migrations and technical SEO projects
- Monitor performance and deliver client-facing reporting and insights
- Work closely with PPC, Paid Social and wider digital teams
- Take ownership of client communication and performance outcomes
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation of SEO processes and delivery
About You
- 5+ years' experience in SEO
- Strong technical SEO background
- Experience working across both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
- Confident conducting audits, migrations and technical implementation
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and similar platforms
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Able to prioritise work based on commercial impact
- Understanding of how SEO integrates with PPC, Paid Social and wider marketing channels
