A growing commercial business in Greater Manchester is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support its Sales & Marketing function. This is a varied, hands-on position where you will take responsibility for delivering marketing activity across multiple channels, with a strong focus on content creation, campaign delivery, and supporting revenue-generating activity. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and the sales team to ensure marketing output is aligned with business priorities and directly contributes to lead generation and new client acquisition.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate marketing activity across multiple channels including digital, social, email, web, and offline
- Create and deliver targeted content campaigns aligned to specific audiences and commercial goals
- Support the development of sales-focused marketing materials including presentations, proposals, and supporting assets
- Deliver and manage end-to-end campaign activity, including performance tracking and evaluation
- Produce a range of content such as social media posts, email communications, website updates, case studies, and articles
- Maintain and update marketing collateral ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline and business development priorities
- Coordinate campaign activity from initial brief through to execution and review
- Support the maintenance and updating of website content via CMS platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insight to support continuous improvement
About You
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing role (typically 3-5 years+)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
- Strong written communication skills with experience producing marketing content
- Experience using LinkedIn as a marketing channel
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar preferred)
- Experience supporting or managing email campaigns and automated workflows
- Confident updating website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data and interpreting campaign performance
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports revenue generation
- Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and delivery
