We're recruiting a First Line IT Support Engineer for a large UK enterprise with a friendly, collaborative, and social IT team. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, managing incoming tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and escalating complex cases to senior engineers. This role provides a strong foundation for progression into 2nd line, networking, or cloud roles. Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLAs
