We are recruiting a 3rd Line EUC Platform Engineer / Senior EUC Engineer to support and improve a multi-site enterprise End User Computing (EUC) environment. This role is focused on Microsoft 365 administration, Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and SCCM (Configuration Manager) across multiple sites. The successful candidate will operate as a 3rd line escalation point, supporting complex incidents, problem management, and EUC platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd Line Support for EUC, Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 related issues
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and problem management
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (M365 / Office 365) including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
- Manage Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager including device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, and Windows 10 / Windows 11 endpoints
- Support and maintain SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager in a multi-site environment, including deployments, collections, applications, and updates
- Support Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and hybrid identity environments
- Support endpoint lifecycle management, build, patching, and device standards
- Assist with EUC projects, platform upgrades, and standardisation initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to improve service delivery
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Experience in a 3rd Line EUC Engineer, Senior EUC Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, or Modern Workplace Engineer role
- Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Proven experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager
- SCCM / Configuration Manager experience across a multi-site estate
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Experience supporting enterprise or large multi-site environments
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Desirable:
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Windows Autopilot
- Print management solutions (Papercut, Universal Print)
- ServiceNow or ITIL-based environments
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
