This is an exciting opportunity for a Frontend Developer with strong React and modern web development experience to join a global, technology business. The engineering team is currently delivering a major migration of its frontend applications to a more modern, high-performance, and user-focused web architecture, making this a great time to join.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of React-based web applications, working closely with a collaborative engineering team to deliver high-quality user experiences while supporting ongoing architectural improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build modern web applications using React and TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on UX and clean UI design.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and help shape how the platform evolves.
- Ensure frontend applications are secure, scalable, and performant, both now and as the product grows.
- 4+ years of commercial experience working with React and TypeScript.
- Commercial experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend development best practices.
- Experience with modern frontend tooling and state management (e.g. Redux, TanStack Query).
- An eye for UX design and building polished, user-centric interfaces.
- Experience working on large or evolving codebases.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive engineering culture.
- Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
