We are on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, client-focused IT Solutions & Managed Service Provider (MSP). You will be the go-to person for technical issues, working across a variety of environments to keep systems running smoothly and clients happy. In this role, you will support a broad mix of SME customers, providing on-site support across desktop, server, networking, and cloud platforms. Every day is different - from troubleshooting complex issues to assisting with project rollouts and system upgrades.
You will need a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, M365), networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls), and experience in a customer-facing role where communication is key.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle escalations and 2nd line support tickets through the service desk
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Azure, networks, and cloud platforms
- Assist with project work such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure SLA targets are met
- Deliver excellent service with a proactive and consultative approach
