About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their IT career and looking to gain real, hands‑on experience across a wide range of technologies. You’ll be providing on‑site support to users, helping to resolve day‑to‑day IT issues, and learning how to manage systems, hardware, and networks in a live business environment. You’ll receive full training and support from experienced engineers while building your technical skills in Microsoft and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site support for users across hardware, software, and network issues
- Help install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Assist with IT setups, system updates, and troubleshooting tasks
- Deliver a friendly and professional service to all users
- Get hands‑on exposure to networking technologies, including Cisco equipment
Skills And Experience Required
- Some experience in IT support (through work, education, or personal projects)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Interest in networking and cloud technologies (Cisco, Azure, Intune, etc.)
