We're working with a healthcare technology company specialising in risk and compliance solutions, looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support their Product, Engineering, and Technology functions during a growth phase.

This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, owning financial planning and performance across Product, R&D, and cloud infrastructure. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure technology investment is well governed and aligns with their long term strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for global Product and Engineering teams
  • Translating product roadmaps and technology strategy into clear financial insights, trade-offs, and ROI
  • Building and refining investment models for product development, capacity planning, and spend prioritisation
  • Driving visibility and control across SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure costs
  • Establishing KPIs and metrics to assess R&D productivity and performance

What we're looking for:
