We are looking for an experienced Account Director - Paid Search to take ownership of strategic search activity across key client accounts. This is a senior role responsible for shaping paid search strategy, guiding campaign direction, and ensuring high-quality execution across all activity. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, providing strategic oversight, performance insight, and actionable recommendations to improve results and drive growth. Lead the strategic direction of paid search activity across assigned accounts Oversee campaign performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and objectives Support test-and-learn approaches and optimisation strategies Provide strategic oversight of campaign planning, execution, and reporting Monitor industry trends and platform developments to identify opportunities Ensure governance, quality standards, and process compliance are maintained Strong background in paid search strategy and account management Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance media Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to support and guide junior team members You'll be confident leading client relationships, shaping campaign strategy, and driving continuous performance improvement.
