Are you someone who loves translating chaos into clarity? Do you see a messy brief and instinctively want to sort it, shape it, and sharpen it until it makes perfect sense? If so, you might just be the next Business Analyst for my client.
My client blends tech, creativity, and insight to craft digital experiences that deliver actual results. They are on the hunt for a detail loving, question asking, puzzle solving analyst to help bring their clients\β visions to life, one user story at a time.
What You Will Be Doing
- Sit down with project leads, account managers, and senior analysts to dig deep into what clients really want and help them get there faster and smarter.
- Turn broad ideas into focused bite sized user stories and sketch out the early building blocks for success including clear goals and acceptance criteria.
- Join backlog grooming sessions to make sure everyone from developers to designers knows what needs to be done and why it matters.
- Check deliverables to make sure they hit the brief and speak up in sprint demos to showcase how great thinking leads to great products.
- Work closely with engineers to design elegant solutions to complex problems and bring insight to every technical workshop or client chat.
What You Will Be Great At
- Untangling tricky integrations and helping teams tackle them step by step.
- Knowing when to follow best practices and when to challenge them
- Keeping calm when juggling tight deadlines and overlapping projects
- Picking up new tools, platforms, and processes like it is second nature.
- Managing your time like a pro and knowing how to prioritize what really matters
- Understanding the rhythm of Agile teams especially Scrum and fitting right in
What You Will Bring To The Table
- A sharp analytical mind and a curious spirit
- A basic understanding of how digital products, eCommerce, and marketing tech work
- Familiarity with platforms like Magento 2, Shopify, BigCommerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud; bonus points if you have played with a few.
- A working knowledge of APIs, SOAP, REST, GraphQL and tools like Postman to poke around under the hood.
- Confidence in Excel or Google Sheets and a decent eye for data in tools like Google Analytics
- Clear confident English communication skills both written and spoken
