An exciting SaaS company based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Change and Release Manager to take ownership of their end-to-end IT change and release function.
You will lead the authorisation, scheduling and risk management of system changes, maintaining a clear focus on the purpose and impact of change to minimise business disruption. Spanning IT infrastructure, cloud environments and software delivery, you will ensure all changes are effectively assessed, planned, implemented and reviewed in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
You will improve and fully embed CAB and ECAB processes and drive continuous improvement through metrics. You will have a clear, technical impact which will be imperative to the business.
Requirements- 4+ years' experience in Change and Release Management within an Enterprise environment
- Proven experience utilising ITIL (ITIL v4)
- AWS Infrastructure experience
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-team technical changes with minimal disruption
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience chairing CAB / ECAB and managing end-to-end change lifecycles
- Experience working with modern DevOps toolchains (e.g. Jira)
- Exposure to Agile / DevOps ways of working
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO27001 and ISO/IEC 20000
